SMILEY.EXE is an application for MS Windows 3.1.

TO INSTALL:
All you need to do is making sure all files included in this package 
(smiley.exe and smiley.dll) are in the same directory or in your path. 
 
TO RUN:
1) Run SMILEY.EXE from Program Manager or File Manager. A menu item 
"Smiley" will be added to menu bars of Program Manager and/or File Manager. 

It is normal to find the minimized Program Manager and File Manager 
restored to their normal sizes momentarily.

2) Select "Smiley" menu.

TO HIDE "SMILEY":
Minimize the "Smiley" window.

TO REMOVE "SMILEY":
Select "Smiley" menu to bring up the "Smiley" window. From the 
control/system menu of the "Smiley" window. select "Close".
